Revised COVID-19 Policies

In response to the B.C. Government's announcement that the province is moving to Step 2 of the 2021 Restart Plan, the Labour Relations Board has updated its COVID-19 policies relating to in-person proceedings and in-person votes. These policy updates allow for a gradual and thoughtful move to increase in-person proceedings and votes. They also reflect our duties as an employer and community member to protect the health and safety of our staff and members of public with whom we interact as we perform our duties and responsibilities under the Labour Relations Code.
