Accessibility Plan

The Board is committed to ongoing identification and removal of barriers that prevent members of the public or its staff from fully and meaningfully engaging with the Board. The Board and Employment Standards Tribunal have jointly developed a Draft Accessibility Plan, which was created with valuable input from the Board and Tribunal’s Accessibility Committee. Members of the committee include persons with disabilities who have experience interacting with Board or Tribunal processes. The Plan represents the first of many steps in the Board and Tribunal's journey and commitment to accessibility. Read the Draft Accessibility Plan (292 KB)

The Board and Tribunal welcome feedback on the Draft Accessibility Plan and are committed to carefully considering all feedback received.
