We are thrilled to announce the appointment of two new vice chairs.

Bobby Sangha started his career with a major employer-side labour law firm in Vancouver, representing both public and private sector employers. More recently, he has advised employers and other stakeholders on labour relations, human rights, and administrative law issues as counsel with the BC Ministry of the Attorney General’s Legal Services Branch. Bobby is a former Executive Member and Chair of the CBABC Labour Law Sub-section.

Though he started his career as a commercial litigator, Paul Todd has spent the last near decade representing both private and public sector health care employers. Most recently the Senior Director of Labour Relations with the Health Employers Association of BC, Paul has provided strategic advice and direction on labour relations and human rights matters and acted as lead negotiator for the Community Support Subsector collective agreement.

Both Bobby and Paul have been appointed for four-year terms.

Please note, these appointments are NOT made in response to the three VC vacancies posted on September 3, 2025. The selection process for those appointees remains ongoing.
